"Different Visions" an art exhibition by four Southeast Asian artists will take place at the Four Season Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay from Monday, November 2 through December 3.
The exhibition in the Resort's Ganesha Gallery will include the work of Frans Nadjira - a well known Indonesian painter who has come to his craft after stints as a seaman, woodsmen and poet; Charles Cham - A Malaysian artist from Malacca who describes his work as "painted drawings" rather than merely paintings; Aant S, Kawisar - whose expressionist and very bold paintings reflect the jungles of his native Kalimantan (Borneo); and Budhiana Made whose work has been self-described as freedom fighting on canvas.
The Ganesha Gallery is unique as it represents the only dedicated art gallery sponsored by a hotel for the showcasing of local artistic talent. The gallery is open daily from noon to 8 p.m. and offers visitors to Bali the chance to see important art while visiting a hotel named as one of the world's finest by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine.
